Position Summary:
 
  • The new member of the Sales team will be self-motivated to train and learn about the appliances Bekins offers
  • Work closely with customers to assist them in picking out appliances for their home in a showroom setting while building relationships in-person, via phone, and email
  • Does not require door-to-door sales
  • Create positive customer experiences
  • Managing the process for the customer from start to finish

Responsibilities:
  • Complete a 6 – 9-month, self-driven training course
  • Learn and be proficient on our company’s point of sales computer system
  • Expertly be able to discuss and educate customers on available appliance options
  • Build and manage relationships with present and potential customers through networking
  • Learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • Continually build memorable shopping and buying experiences for our customers
  • Consistently under promise and over deliver
  • Build customer relationships
  • Learn product lines for sales and comparison purposes

Qualifications:
  • Be knowledgeable, well-spoken, and honest
  • Possess the ability to communicate clearly, appropriately, and concisely in verbal and written formats
  • Prioritization by resolving problems, identifying the most impactful projects, and facilitating the many steps required with large sales
  • Be accurate, detailed and organized
  • Naturally exudes confidence
  • Always have a sense of urgency for customers and other team members
  • Real passion for appliance sales
  • No prior experience required

Job Type
  • Full-time
  • 45 Hour work week schedule
  • Monday through Saturday with a designated day off during the week
  • Base salary including commission and spiffs in excess of $100,000 potential income annually
