We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the BEKO and Blomberg brands in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy, sales plan, and forecasts for overall business development, sales, and account management.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for BEKO and Blomberg brands in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus.
50%-70% Travel is required for this role.
