Licensed Nursing Home Administrator :
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and financial planning
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring high-quality care for residents
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
