What are the responsibilities and job description for the Percussion Faculty position at Bel Air Music Studios, LLC?
Bel Air Music Studios is seeking a musician with a passion for teaching. Our school is a community of dedicated professionals who are working to educate the performers, teachers, and listeners of tomorrow.
We provide the students, the instruction space, and recital opportunities. In exchange, you bring your skills, creativity, and passion.
Our students are motivated to participate in competitions, adjudicated recitals, community performances, and curriculum enrichment activities such as Musicianship or Performance Exams. The successful candidate will demonstrate they are eager to prepare students to make the most of these opportunities.
There are presently up to 2 days of studio time available, with room to grow and expand. Hours of operation are weekdays from 3-8 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Bachelor's in Percussion Performance required; Master's preferred.
Compensation commensurate with experience and future performance.
Interviewees will be asked for paperwork indicating they may work legally in the US, and will be asked to submit to a simple criminal background check.
