Job description
- Regularly inspect, repair or replace patient equipment
- Maintain walkways and roadways and keep in good serviceable condition, which includes snow removal, installing or planning and/or sub-contract new walks, resurfacing and general cleaning
- Fulfill client work orders in a timely, professional manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction with work
- Keep landscaping manicured to ensure a presentable image to the public
- Adhere to all safety regulations
- Ability to utilize large equipment as needed
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, general carpentry etc.
- May be required to perform other maintenance duties assigned
- Ability to problem solve and customer service
- previous nursing home experience a plus
- Must possess good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player
