Maintenance Staff

Job description

• Regularly inspect, repair or replace patient equipment
• Maintain walkways and roadways and keep in good serviceable condition, which includes snow removal, installing or planning and/or sub-contract new walks, resurfacing and general cleaning
• Fulfill client work orders in a timely, professional manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction with work
• Keep landscaping manicured to ensure a presentable image to the public
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Ability to utilize large equipment as needed
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, general carpentry etc.
• May be required to perform other maintenance duties assigned
• Ability to problem solve and customer service
• previous nursing home experience a plus
• Must possess good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player
