The Talent, Learning and Development Manager plays a critical role in the strategic development of a broad-based talent management framework to promote the company's culture and drive business performance. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering innovative solutions to effectively attract, develop, motivate, and retain associates.

Are You Looking to :

  • Design and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that supports the organization's business objectives and workforce needs
  • Develop and deploy impactful learning programs, embracing various delivery methods and learning styles to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data to evaluate the value and effectiveness of talent management programs, provide regular reports to communicate impact, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company and ensure the organization stays up to date with best practices and trends.

Are You Ready to :

  • Create and deliver effective talent management programs (e.g., talent acquisition, performance feedback, learning and development, retention) that align with the company's values, culture, and strategic objectives. Coach, counsel, and collaborate with HR and other business partners.
  • Provide leadership by developing, implementing, and supporting innovative and effective workforce planning, sourcing, and recruitment strategies that are consistent with Bel's brand and to meet business goals. Deliver training to ensure proper understanding of recruiting, the interview and selection process, best practices, compliance, and legal considerations for hiring.
  • Consult and collaborate with HR partners and other business leaders to assess talent management needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and practices, as well as state and federal employment laws, including various reporting requirements for federal contractors and subcontractors.
  • What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or other related field; HR certification SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, and / or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and other talent management activities
  • Prior experience in both office and manufacturing environments a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to research, develop, deploy, evaluate, and manage talent, learning, and development programs and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to engage an audience
  • Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and effectively partner and team with others across the organization
  • Comfortable working independently, as an effective team member, and with all levels of the organization
  • Superior organizational skills, orientation to detail, and ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity, with a high attention to detail and commitment to excellence, demonstrated by the delivery of quality and timely outcomes
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks under minimal supervision
  • A solution-oriented mindset, paired with the ability to think outside the box about improvements and offer innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to employment and general HR practices
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication and learning
  • Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and international) up to 25% of the time
  • Bi-lingual skills (oral and written) in English / Spanish or English / Chinese highly desirable
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Regular and predictable attendance
