The Talent, Learning and Development Manager plays a critical role in the strategic development of a broad-based talent management framework to promote the company's culture and drive business performance. Are You Ready to :
Create and deliver effective talent management programs (e.g., talent acquisition, performance feedback, learning and development, retention) that align with the company's values, culture, and strategic objectives. Coach, counsel, and collaborate with HR and other business partners.Provide leadership by developing, implementing, and supporting innovative and effective workforce planning, sourcing, and recruitment strategies that are consistent with Bel's brand and to meet business goals. Deliver training to ensure proper understanding of recruiting, the interview and selection process, best practices, compliance, and legal considerations for hiring.Consult and collaborate with HR partners and other business leaders to assess talent management needs.Ensure compliance with company policies and practices, as well as state and federal employment laws, including various reporting requirements for federal contractors and subcontractors.What You'll Need :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or other related field; HR certification SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferredMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, and / or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience with talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and other talent management activitiesPrior experience in both office and manufacturing environments a plusDemonstrated ability to research, develop, deploy, evaluate, and manage talent, learning, and development programs and initiativesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to engage an audienceAbility to build positive cross-functional relationships and effectively partner and team with others across the organizationComfortable working independently, as an effective team member, and with all levels of the organizationSuperior organizational skills, orientation to detail, and ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCreativity, with a high attention to detail and commitment to excellence, demonstrated by the delivery of quality and timely outcomesDemonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skillsEnsure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks under minimal supervisionA solution-oriented mindset, paired with the ability to think outside the box about improvements and offer innovative solutionsKnowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to employment and general HR practicesAdvanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication and learningWillingness and ability to travel (domestic and international) up to 25% of the timeBi-lingual skills (oral and written) in English / Spanish or English / Chinese highly desirableMust be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentPhysical Requirements :
