The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting the sale of Bel products by managing the Manufacturer's Representative network, coordinating application engineers, product line managers, inside sales, assigned distributors, and / or operations personnel in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and the goals and strategies of the company. In this position, your primary responsibilities include selecting, training, motivating, managing, leading, and discharging the field rep sales force of the company to achieve expected results relative to business levels and growth.Are You Looking to : Direct, supervise, motivate, lead and support the territory's Manufacturer's Representatives, assigned distributors, and / or various resource employees to ensure territorial and company sales (sales quotas) and other strategic targets are met Directly interface with key accounts to ensure all product sales potential is being realized and service levels are optimal Act as a key member of the sales support team for the distribution channel In conjunction with the rep, bring Product Management and Business Development Managers into targeted accounts to increase our design win potential Meet with key contract electronics manufacturers (CEMs) to support the rep and to develop new design wins or product substitutions, keeping an eye out for other opportunities to expand the business via upselling and synergy selling Support and participate in efforts to seek and develop new products and / or new markets Are You Ready to : Travel up to 70% of the time, both domestic and international Work with reps to develop an area business plan with expected revenue and growth targets. Oversee the development of new customers within the territory.
