Belair Road Supply Co Inc is a family owned and operated company in the business of distribution of water & sewer, masonry & hardscapes, as well as industrial tools. We been in business for more than 100 years, and our longevity is due to great customer service and top of the line products.
We are currently seeking a branch manager for our Westminster location. The ideal candidate would manage the branch's profitability while maintaining a customer friendly atmosphere. He/she would be responsible for planning and directing all of the functional activities of the organization at the branch and would report to the VP of Operations.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Inventory control
- Personnel management
- Fleet management
- P & L responsibility
- Sales goals / branch goals
- Cash management
- Dispatch & delivery
- Customer service
- Time sheets / Payroll
- Safety
Qualifications include bachelor's degree or equivalent. Industry knowledge preferred. At least 3 years of operations experience.
