Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance trends for Walmart, Amazon, and other mass-market accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on key metrics, including POS data, inventory levels and sell-through performance.
Partner with sales and supply chain to forecast sales and inventory needs, ensuring optimal stock levels and on-time delivery through NetSuite platform.
Monitor e-commerce sales performance on Amazon and other digital platforms, analyzing KPIs, order flow, and other metrics.
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (A / R) team to align on account-related financial matters including co-op agreements, deductions, claims and chargebacks.
Provide insights on pricing, promotions and competitive positioning to improve account performance.
Assist in the preparation of customer presanctions and periodic business reviews with data and insights.
Support the implementation and maintenance of sales tools, systems, and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as part of our Salesforce onboarding.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment with account goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, account management support, or a related role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOPKUP's, advanced formulas) and other reporting tools.
Familiarity with POS systems, retail analytics platforms, and e-commerce analytics (Amazon Vendor / Seller Central. Walmart RetailLink / Luminate, Shopify, etc. preferred.
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to external stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the mass-marker retail landscape, including Walmart and Amazon, is highly desirable.
