Key Responsibilities:
Amazon, Walmart & Mass Market Account Management
· Manage the Amazon, Walmart, and other mass-market accounts, working with CRO developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and Walmart buyers, ensuring alignment on sales objectives, promotions, and new product launches.
· Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion, including assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
· Ensure products are optimized for discoverability and conversion across Amazon and Walmart digital storefronts.
· Oversee sell-in and sell-through performance across mass-market accounts, working with retailers to drive growth.
· Work closely with Accounts Receivable (A/R) to manage claims, chargebacks, and deductions, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial impact.
E-Commerce & Website Management
· Assist overseeing the performance of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website, ensuring an optimal customer experience, competitive pricing, and promotional strategy.
· Develop and execute DTC e-commerce sales strategies, leveraging paid media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
· Work closely with marketing teams to enhance website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
· Manage product listings, promotional planning, and inventory for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Sales & Performance Analytics
· Analyze sales performance, POS data, and inventory levels to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
· Monitor Amazon, Walmart, and DTC KPIs, including sales rank, conversion rates, stock availability, and customer reviews, making data-driven adjustments.
· Leverage Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart RetailLink/Luminate, and other analytics platforms to assess performance and improve account health.
· Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to internal stakeholders with insights and recommendations for sales improvements.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
· Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory replenishment, preventing stockouts and overstocks.
· Work cross-functionally to optimize fulfillment strategies, ensuring compliance with Walmart, Amazon, and other retail requirements.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any order fulfillment issues, including EDI errors, chargebacks, and delivery delays.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
· Assist in preparing customer presentations and quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations.
· Support the implementation and maintenance of sales tools, databases, and CRM systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in Amazon, Walmart, and DTC policies to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart, and other mass-market accounts, preferably in the beauty, consumer goods, or retail industry.
· Strong expertise in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart RetailLink/Luminate, and DTC e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
· Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and experience with POS reporting tools.
· Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
· Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies, including Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect ads, and digital marketing for DTC sites.
· Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing retailer relationships.
· Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
