Director, Navy Growth
The Director, Navy Division, plays a pivotal role in driving growth for Belcan's and Cognizant's combined service lines serving the U.S. Navy customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that supports an innovative, transformational, and growth-oriented organization.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for defense pursuits and programs.
- Identify and understand federal government customer requirements and resulting business opportunities.
- Provide analysis on opportunities and risks in the defense market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business development background.
- 5 years' experience in digital modernization, software, cybersecurity, and/or digital engineering development with demonstrated success in building and winning business.
Compensation:
This position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, along with a competitive benefits package, including health care, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), education assistance, paid time off, and other benefits.
