Growth Director - Navy Client
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Director to lead our efforts in driving growth for Belcan's and Cognizant's combined service lines serving the U.S. Navy customer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives growth for the organization.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the organization's goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including federal government customers.
- Provide analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business development background.
- 5 years' experience in digital modernization, software, cybersecurity, and/or digital engineering development with demonstrated success in building and winning business.
Our Benefits:
