Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer service inquiries
* Manage Customer samples/project needs and serve as a liaison between customers and laboratory personnel
* Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing
* Assist customers in obtaining analytical data
* Receiving submitted samples and service requests
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s Degree OR 4 years of related work experience
* 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Good collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree specifically in a scientific or related field is preferred
* 1 years of professional or academic experience in a science or laboratory related field is preferred
* Ability to lift 30-50 lb
* Previous experience in data entry
* Microsoft Windows suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook).
