JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Frequently working independently, the incumbent fabricates, duplicates, documents, updates, repairs and certifies new and existing production test equipment;
* Provides design for manufacturability and design for test input on products and test equipment designs; and ensures that test fixtures and equipment are in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
* Responsible for hands on maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation of new and existing test equipment
* Responds to production line test equipment issues affecting output, yield, or end product quality
* Identifies and provides enhancements to test equipment to support existing or new manufacturing operations
* Under minimum supervision, will initiate or implement changes to existing test equipment to support improvements in cost, methods, quality, or to address material support/obsolescence issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associates Degree or Higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
* Light mechanical construction experience or background.
* Experience debugging and troubleshooting electronics
* Experience constructing equipment, debugging and following technical procedures.
