Job Title : Sr Quality Control Specialist
Location : Canonsburg, PA
Job Type : Contract
DoD Secret Clearance Must be Obtainable within a reasonable time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Compares defects against standards and recommends disposition.
Review and disposition QA documentation (IDRs, DNs) and verify corrective action implementation.
Participate and assist in performing audits.
Responsible for gathering inputs from various stakeholders
Responsible for summarizing key information, and providing constructive feedback to support decision-making processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be a US Citizen
DoD Secret Clearance Must be Obtainable within a reasonable time
Bachelor"s degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree
J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA STD"s certifications are ideal and may be required within 30 days of hire
Fully proficient knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical technology, ESD control, workmanship standards and drawing interpretation
Ability to conduct process audits
Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
