Quality Specialist

As part of our Distribution Quality team, you will ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, in accordance with the Philips Policies and applicable worldwide regulations and standards. You will have responsibility for day-to-day Quality Assurance activities for Customer Solutions facilities and functions as the primary point of contact for quality assurance matters regarding Customer Solutions.

Your role :

• Is responsible for meeting departmental metrics; assists with daily management board activities for the department including input to data, creates presentations and chairs QBR meetings on a routine basis.
• Reports data trending for customer satisfaction issues related to supply chain processing.
• Is responsible for departmental metrics and supports the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the team and functional areas.
• Supports Field Action planning activities and responsible for coordinating and executing operations' actions in alignment with quality system requirements by partnering with the Corrections and Removals team, Customer Service, and others as necessary.
• Leads and support projects as the quality representative which includes management of quality plans as required.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $56,700 to $97,200.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mt. Pleasant, PA.
