Position Description :
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead inventory optimization and manage a team of planners. This role is responsible for implementing effective cycle count programs, optimizing inventory levels, and managing 3PL and vendor relationships. The Inventory Manager will drive ERP transitions and system automation initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to streamline processes and manage engineering change orders.
Core Responsibilities :
- Ensure inventory accuracy by implementing cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
- Manage 3PL provider relationships and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Lead the transition from Oracle EBS to SAP S4 / HANA and Kinaxis for supply chain planning.
- Drive process improvements and system automation to reduce manual tasks.
- Partner with engineering teams on configuration management and BOM updates.
- Manage a team of 6 inventory planners, fostering continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities to improve turns, reduce waste, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on inventory goals and execute plans.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to build a high-performing inventory team.
