Belden Tri-State Building Materials is the leading supplier of Bricks and other related masonry products in NY, NJ & greater Philadelphia area.

Job Description:

• Sales coordinator will support a group of outside sales reps. Our sales force calls on Architects, Masonry contractors, building owners and construction project managers who specify and purchase the masonry products we distribute.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong math & customer service skills a must!!
• Basic responsibilities will include pricing products by soliciting quotes from manufacturers or using established price lists. These prices are calculated, quotes are generated and relayed to outside sales reps so they can provide to their clients.
• Candidate must be detail oriented to assure accuracy of quotations.
• Executing and following up on sample requests with our manufacturers all over the country and overseas.
• Soliciting lead times for various products and relaying accurate information to sales reps.
• Soliciting and preparing submittal paperwork packages from manufacturers.
• Executing and reviewing sales orders to customers.
• Placing orders with manufacturers and following up with manufacturers to make sure product is produced on time.

Benefits:

• Anticipated salary is expected to approximate $65,000-$70,000 plus benefits.
