Five Years experience needed in commercial construction.

Project Manager will :
Oversee Site Superintendents and help push the project within the schedule while keeping it in budget. Control project schedules daily and weekly to maintain on time completion through varying project conditions. Ensure quality control is maintained to the plan / spec and clients expectation
Manage client relationships, requests, and reports
Buyouts
Purchase Orders / Change Orders for Subs and Suppliers
Billings to Clients
Scheduling all activities of each project
Travel to job sites to meet clients and check on progress
All aspects from ground up
