The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all supply chain activities with our NDA customer(s). As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will manage supply chain activities and support special projects to meet our customers’ requirements and expectations. The job involves direct communication with the Global Supply Management (GSM) team in Asia and frequent interaction with internal cross-functional team members, division executive staff members, partners, and vendors. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to clearly communicate customers’ requirements & cost expectations to the GSM team, understand cost elements, generate analytical cost reports, promote collaborative decision-making, and communicate & present supply chain directions to customers. They must also be able to objectively evaluate supply chain risks and be comfortable with mitigation plans and managing risks.

Range For This Position
$100,000 - $120,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Specific Responsibilities Include
- Establishing collaborative and strategic supply chain partnerships with the customers to ensure alignment with the company’s goals through relationship management.
- Working with GSM for preparation of RFQs based on PRDs
- Providing customer’s feedback and expectations to GSM & FATP partners during RFQ stage
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance accurately and for identifying improvement areas
- Analyzing data provided by GSM to identify risks, trends, issues, and opportunities
- Preparing Supplier Cost Breakdown Comparisons & Supplier selection matrix by working with GSM, Product Management, PGM, Engineering, etc.
- Early identification of potential supply chain risks based on communication with customers, such as quality control problems or disruptions in the supply of critical materials.
- Developing continuous improvement plans to enhance customer experience with supply chain performance, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
- Oversee & support MP Product Readiness – From Design to Mass Production
- Set standard practices parameters to the final product.
- Owner of product cost through working with GSM and FATP suppliers
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
- This position requires occasional travel locally and in Asia
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry with an operations & supply chain background
- Experience working on NDA projects with customers
- 5 years of Technical Program Manager role is an advantage
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, yield/efficiency management, fixture/tooling design/manufacturing, and technical problem-solving
- Program Manager experience is a plus
- Extensive experience in working with JDM/ODM vendors in joint product development model required
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent programs (usually at different stages of the life cycle)
- Understanding of project requirements involving internal and external customers and the ability to communicate these to multiple-tiered audiences
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a productive manner
- Excellent communication skills in English; both written and oral (Mandarin is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
