Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
· Oversee, mentor, and support all project sales professionals.
· Oversee, mentor, and support all project design and permitting staff.
· Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture across the sales, design, and permitting teams.
· Conduct regular team meetings, provide weekly individual coaching, and ensure continuous professional development.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
· Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
· Assist team members in closing complex deals and managing client relationships.
Collaboration with Design and Permitting Teams:
· Ensure alignment between sales, design, and permitting departments to deliver seamless project execution.
· Collaborate with designers to create proposals that meet client needs and maintain profitability.
· Work closely with permitting professionals to ensure timely approvals and project start dates.
Project Estimation and Client Relations:
· Oversee and assist in project estimation processes to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
· Serve as a point of escalation for client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns effectively.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
· Identify opportunities to streamline sales and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Implement best practices for tracking leads, proposals, and project outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with, or the ability to become proficient with Aspire CRM within 90 days
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and landscape design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, landscaping, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Proven experience in landscape sales, project estimation, and team leadership (5 years preferred).
