Bell and Company CPA’s PC is a leading full-service personal financial and business management firm that caters to high net-worth individuals. We manage an established client base in the entertainment, the arts and corporate America.
We are looking for a responsible, energetic Tax Assistant to perform a variety of tax support tasks.
Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office operations, as needed. Other duties may include:
- · Write Ups
- · Data entry
- · Bank Runs
- · Copying, filing, collating, and scanning documents to continue creating e-file system for filing
- · Conduct daily back-ups and print cash report
- · Monthly bank reconciliation for clients and their corporations
- · Occasionally assist in correspondence with other corporations for clients
- · During tax season assist with 1099's, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
