We are seeking a Food Safety Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality and safety in our manufacturing process.
The Food Safety Specialist will be responsible for auditing the facility and processes for compliance with procedures and specifications. This position will also review monitoring and verifications generated by quality and safety plans for product hold and release.

- Develop and implement company policies and procedures related to Food Safety and QA Programs
This role requires a strong understanding of quality control testing, microbiological testing, HACCP, food safety, and defense. The ideal candidate will have experience manufacturing acidified products and hold relevant certifications such as HACCP or PCQI.
