Key responsibilities of an Audi Warranty Coder :

• Reviewing auto repair orders :   Carefully examine auto repair orders submitted by service technicians to verify if the repairs qualify for warranty coverage based on manufacturer policies.
• Coding claims :   Assigning appropriate warranty codes to each auto repair based on the specific problem, part affected, and applicable manufacturer guidelines.
• Data entry :   Inputting auto warranty claim details, including codes, into the dealership's warranty management system accurately and efficiently.
• Claim submission :   Submitting completed auto warranty claims to the manufacturer electronically, ensuring all necessary information is included.
• Claim tracking :   Monitoring the status of submitted auto claims, following up with the manufacturer on any pending or denied claims.
• Compliance checks :   Ensuring adherence to auto manufacturer warranty policies and guidelines to avoid claim denials.
• Troubleshooting :   Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or coding errors that may arise during the claim process.
• Customer communication :   Answering questions from service advisors or customers regarding warranty coverage.
