Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with regional team, Administrator and other departments to provide comprehensive care to residents.
Monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact State License.
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with at least 1 years in a leadership role preferred.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
