Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading mid-year loan purge processes, acting as system admin for ICE Mortgage Technology products, investor and vendor systems, managing rates in various ICE systems, managing reports and files via EDI/ODDS, managing transactions in Passport, and various projects as assigned.
Primary Duties:
- Update and maintain position procedures.
- Participate in the Year-End project.
- Review and monitor year end reports & processing.
- Validate final data accuracy and counts of IRS tax forms.
- Lead the mid-year purge process.
- Review and monitor purge reports.
- Provide communication to department
- Participate in maintaining and developing the ICE core system functionality by the following tasks:
- Communicate and submit cases to ICE Client Support for any core functionality issues and/or questions.
- Manage the system holiday schedule.
- Participates in ICE functional forum calls.
- Attend and participate in the annual core system user conference as requested.
- Work closely with other business units in tracking and implementing ICE releases/enhancements
- Responsible for user provisioning for ICE applications, investors and various vendor systems
- Responsible for the monitoring and updating of interest rates in MSP and Loss Mitigation systems.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing reports and files through the ICE System via EDI and ODDS.
- Be available to provide on-call support for any nightly file processing issues
- Utilize the Cognos and Passport report writing system.
- Responsible for developing and implementing departmental efficiencies
- Manage creation of document placeholders for department cold storage
- Participate in periodic Disaster Recovery testing
- Lead and/or participate in special projects, additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.

Job Skills Required:
- Two to three years of experience in mortgage servicing.
- Good working knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to mortgage loans.
- Detail oriented, organized, have excellent problem-solving skills and math skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact with other departments, customers, mortgage servicing staff, management and various third-party vendors.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt well to change.
