Bell Law Firm - Lake Norman

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at Bell & Bell Law Firm in Huntersville, NC. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling family-related legal issues, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases. Salary $75,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar in North Carolina or candidates for the February 2025 Bar Exam
  • Experience in family law practice, including court appearances and legal documentation a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to empathize and provide support to clients during challenging situations
