Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Assist in residential painting projects as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in facility operations.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs.
