What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor/Writer position at Bell Honda?

- Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Walk around the vehicle with the customer to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and educate and suggest a review of other items you may see needs attention.
- Answer all questions/concerns with compassion and confidence. Build Rapport.
- Ability to listen and process before answering a client.
- Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Conduct post-repair follow up.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly.
What we look for:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred – 2 years minimum customer service or sales.
- High CSI rating
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing client relationships
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check
