As a HRIS Data Analyst at Bell, you will play a crucial role in providing analytics, metrics, dashboards, reports, automation, ETL activities, and custom development to support the HR team in making better decisions. You will be required to have at least 5 years of working experience as a business analyst or programmer, with advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring, and familiarity with a variety of databases. You should also have experience with dashboarding using Power BI, QlikView or Tableau and programming proficiency in Python.
What you'll be doing as a HRIS Data Analyst
Develop and maintain insightful data visualizations for decision making, analyzing and validating data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information, and manipulating retrieved data to ensure reports are presented in a user-friendly format.
Establish internal audit processes to ensure data integrity, managing security to provide access to HR data in conformity with global privacy regulations, and develop written HRIS policies and procedures.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes, perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities to integrate data from various sources, and create custom software solutions to meet specific business needs. Skills You Bring To this Role

Ability to work with internal and external business partners/leaders to understand their business/use case and help design functional, insightful visualization deliverables. Hone the stakeholder's experience by employing design and visual best practices.

Qualifications
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or any other technology-related field.
At least 5 years of working experience as a business analyst or programmer
Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring, and familiarity with a variety of databases
Programming proficiency in Python
Experience with automation solutions to streamline processes
Experience with or knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Experience with or knowledge of developing custom software solutions to meet specific business needs
Project management and organizational skills
Ability to uncover key insights and effectively communicate analytical results
