Landscape Crew Member

• We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. This position involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and installation, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including spring/fall cleanups, garden maintenance and pruning
• We do not mow
• Large scale tree/shrub plantings
• Engage in hardscape projects, including installation of patios, walkways, and natural stone walls.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, chain saw and blowers
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with mini excavators and skid steers a plus, but willing to train
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
