Stone Blossom is a woman-owned landscape company seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. We are a small but growing company with opportunities for advancement.
Stone Blossom designs, installs and maintains beautiful and sustainable landscapes. Our Fine Gardening crew provides meticulous care of garden beds to residential customers in the Southern NH area. Our team works hard to deliver superior service to our clients. We take pride in what we do and consider our ecological impacts. Gardening services we offer include spring and fall cleanups, seasonal plantings and decor, weeding, mulching, hand pruning and more. We do not mow lawns or spray pesticides.

This is a hands-on and physically demanding position. Professional gardening/ horticulture experience is strongly preferred.
Crew members are responsible for:
- Working with a team to produce high quality work
- Maintaining and enhancing a wide variety of landscapes
- Understanding and adopting each client's unique aesthetic goals as your own
- Performing all tasks associated with Fine Gardening including weeding, deadheading, hand pruning, edging, mulching, planting, fertilizing, seasonal decorating, deer repellent applications, etc.
- Using gas powered equipment such as backpack blowers
- Following job-site and vehicle safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and orderly job site including the shop and company vehicles
Requirements:
- Love of the outdoors and plants
- Lift 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment
- Work in all types of weather
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass background checks
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- Reliable and punctual. High attention to detail. Desire to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
