We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team at Bella Construction & Development. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with local builders, general contractors, HOAs and like minded orginzations. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of delivering top-notch construction services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet sales targets.
- Travel to clients offices and jobsites
- Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and account status to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Construction knowledge is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
