Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and offering guidance on fine jewelry products.
- Sell merchandise while meeting or exceeding sales expectations and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
- Take care of jewelry repairs as needed and document sales by updating customer profile records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of fine jewelry sales experience.
- 4-year degree or AJP/GIA certification preferred.
- Experience with Edge POS system and ability to work Saturdays and special events.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and thorough knowledge of fine jewelry, watches, and prominent high-end bridal designers and brands.
