Bella Groves, Inc. is a small, family-owned business in Bulverde, TX, launched in 2022. We are very passionate about creating an environment where seniors living with dementia can live their best lives!
We help families in their caregiving journey, and we help each other as a team to have a relaxed, collaborative, and rewarding work atmosphere.

About The Role
The ideal candidate is flexible and thrives in environments where there is a mix of predictability and dynamic needs. We are a highly collaborative team, and you'll be interacting with managers, staff, families, and partners throughout the day.
You enjoy creating order and organization, and you love the feeling of a completed project. In short - you will help to ensure that the business processes of Bella Groves run very smoothly behind the scenes.
Day to day responsibilities can be categorized into the following main areas:
Administrative Support
- Maintain business records
- Maintain office supplies
- Organize and manage financial records
- Support readiness for licensing surveys
- Assist in coordinating team meetings and events
- Support the CEO with administrative tasks/needs
Hiring and Team Formation Support
- Manage open job postings
- Call, screen and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct pre-hire steps for incoming employees
- Maintain onboarding supplies and uniforms
- Support orientation activities with managers
- Create and maintain employee files/records
Resident Records & Administrative Needs
- Coordinate pre-move-in paperwork and records for new residents
- Create and maintain resident files/records
- Act as a liaison for families to schedule move-in activities and steps
- Submit insurance paperwork for clients
- Support the Executive Director in invoices and customer payments
Vendor / Partner Management
- Ensure good accounts payable practices
- Manage vendor documents
- Obtain quotes and vet potential vendor partners

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
