Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, stepping in to fulfill tasks as needed
  • Establish clear expectations, provide training and feedback, and support staff development opportunities
  • Address and resolve team performance issues and workplace challenges effectively
  • Oversee breaks, lunches, and shift transitions to maintain a seamless workflow
  • Conduct performance evaluations and administer disciplinary actions or rewards as necessary

Front End Operations

  • Supervise daily sales floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth cashier operations
  • Manage customer interactions, including handling complaints, processing returns, and assisting with special requests
  • Monitor and organize the sales floor, ensuring it is tidy, stocked, and customer-friendly
  • Operational Support

  • Open and close the store, ensuring all systems and protocols are followed
  • Plan and oversee the completion of projects, delegating tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met
  • Promote a culture of safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards promptly
  • Job Qualifications

    Education : High school diploma or equivalent required

    Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Thrift store experience preferred but not required
  • Skills :

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, and move up to 40 lbs
  • Job Specifications

    Job Type : Full Time (40 hours per week), Supervisor

    Schedule : Tuesday & Wednesday (10 : 45 am - 7 : 15 pm), Thursday - Saturday (7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm)

    Pay : $19.50 per hour

    Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $19.50 / hour.
