**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, assisting them with check-in and registration processes.
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders.
- Maintain and update patient records, guaranteeing confidentiality and precision.
- Verify patient insurance information and provide assistance with billing inquiries.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and furnish information regarding services and appointments.
- Execute general administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
- Process patient payments, manage transactions, and issue receipts.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure an exemplary patient experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software (e.g., electronic health records, Microsoft Office).
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
