What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening and Weekend Crew Member position at Bellacino's Pizza and Grinders?
Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders is searching for self motivated, energetic individuals that have a passion for the food industry. We are hiring for all shift especially week days. No experience necessary. Our crew members assist the management team with daily operations in the restaurant. Opportunities for advancement are possible as our management team is mostly promoted from within.
Job responsibilities include:
Future crew members must be able to provide outstanding customer service and be able to follow company
guidelines
All crew members must be able to work well with others to create a great working atmosphere
Maintaining a positive attitude while representing our company is a must
Must be able to multi task and be willing to learn all aspects of the business including making pizza and grinders,
answering phones, prep work and running the ovens
Finally, each future employee must be able to display an ability to work with speed and accuracy in our fast paced
environment.
Crew earns tips that will allow you to make up to $14/hour.
