- Accurately quote wholesale partners to optimize revenue and fleet utilization.
- Maintain strong relationships within the Part 135 brokerage community.
- Understand flight operations fundamentals, FAA Part 135 regulations, and international flight logistics.
- Manage dynamic pricing strategies in alignment with BellAirs revenue goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-profile clients.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the charter sales team to drive performance and revenue growth.
- Utilize industry systems such as JetInsight, Avinode, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Part 135 floating fleet operation.
- Experience managing and leading a sales team is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under high-pressure situations.
