About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Aircraft Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporations, guiding them through the aircraft acquisition process while achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be a key ambassador for the LifeStyle Aviation brand, representing our values of excellence, integrity, and unparalleled customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's unique aviation requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
- Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all aspects of aircraft ownership.
- Leverage networking opportunities (conferences, industry events, exclusive gatherings) to expand your network and identify new business opportunities.
Aircraft Sales & Negotiation:
- Effectively present aircraft options, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that resonate with high-net-worth clients.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Manage the entire sales process, including contract preparation, financing and insurance options, tax considerations and aircraft delivery.
Market & Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of aircraft specifications, performance data, and market values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, including aircraft manufacturers, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
Territory Development:
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and penetrate new markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at flight schools and service centers within your assigned territory.
- Increase brand visibility and market penetration through targeted marketing initiatives and community involvement.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Exceed client expectations at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Build strong client loyalty and advocate for their needs within the organization.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven success in sales, a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, a preference for experience in the aviation industry.

- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education:
