Required Education And Experience

- Survey and monitor market to identify aircraft meeting company’s fleet requirements.
- Produce and present proposals, presentations and aircraft management agreements
- Direct outreach to aircraft owners, flight departments, aircraft sales brokers and financial institutions to identify management opportunities
- Maintain regular contact with prospective and current clients.
- Collaborate with internal resources and departments to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new aircraft management clients
- Provide customized monthly reporting as needed for specific clients
- Serve as an owner liaison between company and clients
- Develop proficiency with research and cost comparison tools including JETNET Marketplace, Conklin & de Decker, etc.
- Maintain general working knowledge of all company focused product offerings.
- Provide routine and timely updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate new client introductions with Partner Services team.
- Coordinate with Maintenance departments (Maintenance Control, Supply Chain, Conformity Team, etc.) to ensure respective aircraft transaction documents, maintenance and warranty programs are transferred for new aircraft.
- Assist owners with requests including aircraft registration renewals, monthly flight hour summary reports, invoice inquiries, insurance certificate requests, etc.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows.

Required Education And Experience
- Previous experience in business aviation, specializing in aircraft management sales and aircraft acquisition.
- College degree in Business, Aviation or relevant / equivalent industry experience.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
- Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
