The Marketing Manager of Education at BELLAMI will play a key role in enhancing our Education Program by developing impactful marketing materials and strategies tailored to professional audiences, and educational resources for direct-to-consumer. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with experience supporting education teams within the beauty industry and working collaboratively across different departments.
Hybrid Schedule : 3 days onsite with Tuesday, Wednesday as "core" days and the last day being your choice
Compensation : $100,000-115,000
Bonus Eligibility : 7%
Key Responsibilities
Educational Content Development & Asset Creation
Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing toolkit to support BELLAMI Education : translate technical information into engaging educational content and assets, for digital (eCommerce, social media) and print. Material will resonate with professional and / or consumer audiences.
Create briefs, copywriting and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Social Media, Education, Advertising, PR, Influencers, etc).
Cross-functional team leader
Implement efficient workflows to gather information and work collaboratively with the Sales organization to sell or leverage Education programs.
Work with the Advertising team to drive direct sales of the offered Education programs.
Event Support
Assist in planning and coordinating Look & Learn classes and other educational events.
Managing logistics and communications to ensure a seamless experience for participants.
Develop additional products (swag bags, branded merchandising) to engage the BELLAMI Community.
Work with the Social Media team to translate the feel of the events on Social Media.
Reporting
Report performance of marketing material and education program to validate pilots or improve programs.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally supporting an education team within the beauty industry (skincare, make-up, hair care).
Proven experience in creating briefs, content creation, copywriting for educational assets for e-commerce, training materials, and other supportive documents.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; over-communicates to ensure alignment and proactively addresses potential issues.
Experience working cross-functionally with education, creative, social, and marketing teams.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen understanding of industry trends and educational best practices.
