We're bellaPro Painting, we're growing and we're looking to add to our team.

We're hiring for a production / project manager, basic duties will include assisting with recruiting, interviewing and managing subcontractors, and interacting with customers to ensure work is performed to both ours and the homeowner's expectations so they can have the best and most positive experience possible.

Our service area is a 35 mile radius around Asheville.

Basic computer proficiency is needed as well, as we use workflow programs to manage and estimate our project

We'll offer a modest base salary of $800 per week, which will convert over to a percentage of the work produced once the weekly production averages increase above the base salary. We want to make sure that you have at least a minimum base pay that you can count on until you get comfortable and until the commission percentage increases above and well beyond the base.

This is not a sales position, we have a sales team. Your commission / percentage will be based on the total gross volume of the projects that you manage.

Fuel stipend will be provided, and a company vehicle after 90 days.
