NOW HIRING : Admissions and Marketing Director
Admissions and Marketing Director Responsibilities :
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility and its services to local communities, referral sources, and healthcare providers.Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficient and timely intake of new residents.Maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to drive occupancy and ensure high-quality care for residents.Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs, events, and activities to enhance the facility's visibility and reputation.Collaborate with the leadership team to support business development and growth initiatives.Ensure all marketing materials, brochures, and digital content are up-to-date and reflective of the facility's brand and services.Track and report on key metrics related to occupancy, referrals, and marketing campaigns.Admissions and Marketing Director Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or related field required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of local healthcare markets and referral networks is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Bellbrook Health and Rehab is an equal-opportunity employer.
