Admissions and Marketing Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility and its services to local communities, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficient and timely intake of new residents.
- Maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to drive occupancy and ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs, events, and activities to enhance the facility's visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support business development and growth initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials, brochures, and digital content are up-to-date and reflective of the facility's brand and services.
- Track and report on key metrics related to occupancy, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or related field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local healthcare markets and referral networks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
