NOW HIRING : Respiratory Director

Responsibilities Respiratory Director :

Develop and oversee respiratory therapy programs for residents

Manage, train, and support the respiratory therapy team

Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to optimize care plans

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications Respiratory Director :

Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Ohio

Respiratory care experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

Previous leadership or management experience preferred

Strong knowledge of respiratory treatments, ventilator care, and oxygen therapy

Excellent communication and organizational skills
