NOW HIRING: Respiratory Director

Responsibilities Respiratory Director:

• Develop and oversee respiratory therapy programs for residents
• Manage, train, and support the respiratory therapy team
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to optimize care plans
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  
  
  

Qualifications Respiratory Director:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Ohio
• Respiratory care experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of respiratory treatments, ventilator care, and oxygen therapy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
