Position Summary:
We’re seeking versatile, service-driven individuals to join our team as Servers and Event Bartenders. In this hybrid role, you’ll provide outstanding service during regular vineyard hours and seamlessly transition into bartending and supporting private events like weddings, parties, and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, take food and drink orders, and deliver a memorable service experience.
• Mix, pour, and serve wine, beer, and specialty cocktails with a focus on responsible service and guest engagement.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our wine list, menus, and event offerings to confidently assist guests.
• Set up and break down event spaces, including dining areas and bar stations.
• Keep service areas, dining spaces, and bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with event managers, kitchen team, and fellow servers/bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support general event operations: food running, bussing, guest assistance, and other hospitality tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and Wisconsin alcohol laws.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years old (bartending duties require 21 ).
• Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server License (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for wine, food, and hospitality.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday 4 PM–10 PM
• Saturday 12 PM–10 PM
• Sunday Brunch 10 AM–2 PM | Dinner 2 PM–8 PM
• Additional hours based on private events and weddings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
