Summary
Belle Lynn Sourcing LLC is currently hiring for a Director of Women's Services to lead and oversee the operations of their Women's Services department. This role requires an experienced and resourceful leader to develop departmental goals, manage resources, and foster an environment that supports professional growth while ensuring quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred
- Active RN license in the State of Kentucky
- AWHONN Certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and the ability to perform under minimal supervision in high-stress environments
