Strength & Conditioning Specialist-Titletown/Kewaunee

Locations: Titletown, 1970 S Ridge Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304 / Kewaunee High School

Shift Hours:

Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week), Mon-Fri. 1pm-6pm out at the high school. Will work occasional evening training clients

Job Description:

Screens, assesses, designs, and delivers strength and conditioning and performance enhancement programming for individuals and teams that incorporate both athletic performance and injury prevention. Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a strength and conditioning team. Facilitates testing procedures which validates the effectiveness of programming.

Qualifications:

Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, health science, or related field required.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)) and CPR attained within six months of hire; Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM)) or related equivalent certification within two years of hire required.

Must possess good communication and teamwork skills, have ability to work independently and motivate athletes.

Internship or previous work in related field with an emphasis on program design and implementation with athletes/populations preferred.
